About Us

For six generations, our family has been row crop farming near Walnut, Illinois. Like many family farms across America, we have continually sought ways to enhance our efficiency and ensure the farm's success for future generations. Thirty years ago, we embraced practices such as no-till and conservation tillage, which have delivered numerous benefits. However, managing excess crop residue has remained a challenge. After years of pondering on how to more efficiently manage crop residue, we decided to tackle this issue head-on, leading to the creation of an innovative concept. By using a corn head for tillage, we developed a method to size, cut, and manage the root ball zone and stalks effectively. This innovation, known as the Rezidue Reaper, is a significant advancement in residue management while maintaining our commitment to responsible soil stewardship. Our enthusiasm for this tool inspired us to share it with others.
Conversations with friends, family, and other farmers revealed its potential benefits for all farming operations, regardless of tillage practices. We look forward to the positive impact the Rezidue Reaper can have on the farming industry, providing healthier soils and potential cost savings for farmers.
